The location was fine, but there is no elevator, the economy room is very small and on the fourth floor accessed by a narrow steep staircase. Hotels in the area are expensive and uncomfortable, making it hard to find good value.

I booked the room on a whim after my flight got cancelled. When I got to the hotel between 7pm and 8pm I was told the room wasn’t available and that I should cancel and would receive a refund. I never got that refund even after more than five weeks, and when I reached out to the booking service and they asked the hotel for confirmation, the hotel staff denied the refund. I ended up paying 117GBP for a room that didn’t exist, and I’d call that a scam.
