Francesco is very professional and friendly, and the views are beautiful. The mattress needs a replacement, the cleaning was insufficient with spider webs in some spots, even at the breakfast area, and the shower was very small.

A bit outside the hotspots by Lake Garda, so ideal for those seeking peace. Beautiful view from the roof terrace over Lake Garda. The room was very large and comfortable. Super friendly and warm hosts. Nothing to criticize.

The staff were very friendly and family‑like, the view was great, and breakfast was cozy. Parking is a bit tricky, but the owners are happy to help.
