The staff weren't very helpful, a power cut at 2am and no one was there to fix it. The room was too small for the price.

The hotel's location was decent, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the real letdown was the parking situation - they claim it's free, but it's actually non-existent. To make matters worse, the photos on their website bear no resemblance to the actual hotel. Still, the room was clean and tidy, which was a plus.

The room was huge and had everything we needed for a great family stay. Everything was spotless and in perfect condition. My only suggestion would be to have a clear sign indicating the hotel entrance, as we ended up checking in at the cafeteria.

The location is great, but that's about it. There's a cannabis shop on the ground floor, and it's a magnet for junkies who hang out there to smoke. The building next door is under renovation, and the smell of paint is overwhelming. And to top it all off, there's no closet for your clothes.
