I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel, mainly due to the subpar food quality and the lack of attentive service from the staff. The food was not up to par, and the service was practically nonexistent. Despite my expectations, I found the overall experience to be quite disappointing. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to a pleasant stay.
