The room was clean, but there was no mirror in the bathroom and the towel rails for face and bath towels were missing.

We were four people and the room didn’t have any bedside lamps, no curtains, and the bathroom kept leaking water from the toilet all night; there was only one blanket for the four of us in case it got cold, and when we left the hotel the car was already dented and we only noticed it while stopping to refuel; breakfast was served with powdered juice, communal butter and jam, and nothing felt sanitary.
