The staff were very refined, the room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were friendly, kind, very helpful, and welcoming to guests, trying to provide all the services and assistance a guest needs. It’s close to the subway station, less than 2 km away, so I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast needs more dishes that suit Muslims and Arabs.

The front desk was attentive and warm, the breakfast was tasty, my high‑floor room had a wonderful view, and when my parcel went missing the staff at reception helped track it down; I’ll choose this hotel again next time I’m in Guangzhou.

The staff from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping were very helpful and professional; everyone was friendly and polite. The Laundry Room was large and there were no fees for using detergents, washing machines, or dryers. The staff helped us wash and dry our clothes and even sent them back to our rooms, all free of charge. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
