Location, location. Lovely breakfast at Güney Restaurant. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, fridge, kettle, smart tv. We arrived at about 6:30 am and they were very accommodating. The night shift gave us coffee and looked after our bags. They gave us early access, which was super nice of them. Lovely coffee shop on the 5th floor terrace. The lobby was very dirty and should be cleaned more often

The host answered every message fast and politely. However, the bed was far from a king‑size, feeling more like a small queen, and the mattress was hard with pillows that were a pain to lie on. The AC broke down for most of our stay and when it worked it made a loud noise; a bright light from the bedroom AC shone straight at the bed, making it hard to sleep. There were no power sockets by the bed, the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room, and the windows faced a wall covered in bird droppings, which made the view nasty and raised cleanliness concerns. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and there weren’t enough paper towels for the whole stay. The microwave was awkwardly placed and hard to use, and no coffee was supplied. The lobby looked nothing like the photos – bags of laundry, folded beds, cribs, garbage and other items were visible every time we entered or left. Overall, the place felt cramped, poorly kept and far too expensive for what was offered.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem durch ihre unschlagbare Lage. Supermärkte, Souvenirshops, Restaurants und die Shoppingmeile sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, sodass man alles direkt vor der Tür hat. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Nähe zum Galataturm. Die Wohnung befindet sich praktisch direkt gegenüber beziehungsweise nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Trotz des täglich hohen Besucheraufkommens am Galataturm bekommt man in der Unterkunft jedoch kaum etwas vom Trubel oder Lärm der Touristen mit. Dadurch genießt man eine angenehme Ruhe und Privatsphäre, während man gleichzeitig mitten im Geschehen ist. Hier fällt mir nichts ein
