Spacious, clean, and pleasant, but there was no space in the bathroom to store makeup products, especially for a woman.

“We were very happy & can recommend this hotel strongly.”

The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were friendly. Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the bar was nice. The hotel is about 800 m from Florence’s city centre, so it feels quiet and safe. The only downside was the strange noises coming from the ceilings when the air conditioning was turned off.

I received an upgrade and the room was spacious and clean. The elevator was too small.

I stayed at the hotel, the staff were very kind and helpful, and all extra requests were fully met. I asked for a gluten‑free restaurant service and loved the truly unique tea‑infused cocktails. The colorful location, stylish décor, paintings, and the blend of historic and youthful architecture were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable. Highly recommended.
