“Ok but noisy neighbourhood”

The price was good, but the area at night was very noisy with bars.

The location near the nightlife and the size of the room were positives, but the double bed was actually two single beds stuck together, which can be annoying for those who move a lot at night; if you search for a double XL bed, it should be a single unit, not two joined singles.

“Best place in bangkok”

The staff were wonderful, though I can’t recall all their names; the restaurant staff Sanjana went above and beyond with TV channels, food recommendations, and more, and she even called me “big brother,” which I truly appreciated. Keep it up, Club Mahindra. This was my second visit, and I’ll come back soon. From Mauritius. They are overly caring at times, which can be a bit much 😂😂😂😂😕

“Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience — strongly recommend avoiding this property!”

Honestly, there is nothing positive about this stay; I regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We booked two rooms but had to change rooms three times, and for one night we were moved to another building. One room was next to a shared room and had a strong, unpleasant smell, including cigarette smoke; the rooms themselves were smelly and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was probably the worst I’ve had in Bangkok/Thailand; staff couldn’t tell which rooms had breakfast included, causing confusion and frustration. The staff’s overall behavior and professionalism were disappointing. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into a stressful experience with repeated room changes and major inconvenience for our family. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. If you’re planning a stay in Bangkok, look at the many other options nearby before choosing this hotel.
