The staff are friendly and the common areas are nice. The room and bathroom are clean. The only fan in the room and no AC make it too hot to sleep well.

The place is tastefully decorated, and there's an NGO in the building that supports women, children, and LGBTQIA people, plus a boutique with handmade items next door; everyone was very friendly.

The atmosphere and hospitality are great, and because the street is quiet you sleep well without horns, and Uber comes right outside the hotel; the location isn't the most central.
