The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and comfy, and the whole hotel felt well maintained; I'm very satisfied and will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

It’s in a convenient spot, but the building feels old and in need of a major overhaul; the carpet is wrinkled and needs replacing, there are centipedes, and the continental breakfast was the worst I’ve had.

Right off I‑90, the pool area was clean, but the elevator had a ripped carpet halfway across with nails and exposed wood, and the entire place smelled TERRIBLE—like someone had smoked and over‑perfumed to mask it, and that odor lingered the whole time. They said the hot tub worked fine but some jets were missing, and it was colder than bath water. I think the staff were aware of people hanging out in the lobby when we arrived, but I can’t confirm that.
