The staff were friendly and did a lot to keep us comfortable, and we could use the kitchen. Getting there was difficult; the path is unpaved and has irregular stones for more than 2 kilometres, and there was no water boiler even though it was mentioned.

The place is a perfect escape from your busy life, and owner Ann was very accommodating to our requests; it was value for money overall and a pleasant holiday. It is a little bit inside from Gilgil town.

I know this property is located in a serene neighborhood. The loud music played all night, and customer service was poor—service is very important. There was no warm water in the bathrooms despite the place being very cold.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very helpful. It’s quite far from the main road, and the road to get there is a dirt track in poor condition.
