The staff were friendly and always helpful, and we were politely asked to leave early with a refund for unused days. The room needs cosmetic repairs, and at night a chemical, suffocating odor appeared, forcing us to change rooms. Frequent power outages left us stuck in the elevator, and the internet was poor.
