The place is well‑situated. When I left the hotel I paid the remaining 50 % and was reported to Booking for non‑payment; I only received the invoice two days after several requests, and the person in charge never returned my calls.
“Custo benefício”
The café was simple but served us, the location is good, and the bed was comfortable. The lodge’s facilities are old‑fashioned, and although the bathroom is large, its fixtures are outdated.
Its location near the centre is convenient. I ran into reservation issues (they pushed for payment ahead of schedule), breakfast was very poor (only two couples were staying), and they pressured us to check out by 11 am, warning that 11:01 would trigger an extra night’s charge, plus they tried to upsell a local city tour. Overall, the service feels very abrupt and careless with guests.
The staff were attentive and very polite, and the location was excellent.
