We were passing through for one night and it was an excellent choice; the room was clean and the owners super welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a bit cold; one split isn’t enough.

I stayed there for 9 days and everything was lovely and clean with very heartwarming service and care from the owner family. I had my birthday during the stay, and they surprised me with lovely local traditional Prato biscuits when they saw my ID. I truly believe this is the warm service they give to make guests happy and comfortable. I did see another guest using a microwave in the staff room. I don’t know if he was allowed to do it or not, but if it was okay, I wish I’d known. They didn’t tell me there was a microwave available for guests.
