A private balcony extends from the Double or Twin Room, and the interior is air‑conditioned with a seating area, satellite TV, a safe and a mini‑bar. The room sleeps two guests and can accommodate an extra bed or a crib upon request. A private bathroom includes a shower, hair‑dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The facility offers a wide range of services suitable for all ages and is easily accessible. The price of the water is really excessive.
The food, indoor pools, and abundance of pools were enjoyable, especially for kids, and the staff and air conditioning were good. However, they don't invest in renovating the outdoor pools at all; even small details would show a lot of effort. The edges of the pools protrude a few centimeters, even in the children’s pools, and the children's pool play areas are worn out and nobody fixes them even after many years—clearly nothing is being invested, just draining resources. The rooms also need a bit of refurbishment: tightening the wardrobe hinges, maybe repainting, and eventually replacing some furniture. Then the water‑rescue staff could be written about in a novel… the number of them, how control is actually carried out. Probably it would be almost the same without them, the elevator… haha (public). The largest thermal area by square footage, but a lot is missing to be the best overall.

The price/value is great! Yes, the hotel is a bit old and would benefit from some updates, but it is clean and functional. Dinner was good, there was always something that really tasted good—not an endless selection, but as said, the price and the offering match! It’s also great that you can eat at Schloss Mokrice; that should be better advertised… We missed the option to dry our wet swimwear; only the balcony railing was left—doesn’t have to be… Some of the restaurant staff lack hospitality, but it’s a tough job and maybe the season has already been a bit too long…
