I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

The furnishings and services were great.
I really liked the welcome from Mrs. Giuditta and the overall atmosphere of the B&B. The room was spacious and included a bathroom. The location relative to the center is fairly convenient; you have to walk a bit uphill, but that's fine for Fermo. The parking spot was great – no need to drive into town.
The host was a kind and caring lady, and the place was clean and welcoming.
The location and parking were good, but one room had no air conditioning or windows, was unbearably hot and unusable. Breakfast was missing, only two snacks were provided in the room, which is not what you expect from a B&B. The owner seemed to have improvised the management of the property.
