I stayed in a cramped hotel tucked into a narrow street in Bordeaux, and it was a total disappointment. The rooms were filthy and the location was so close to prostitution that I was shocked. I would not recommend it, especially if you have children.

Although the hotel was in a central spot, it sat right next to bars and nightclubs, making it hard to sleep due to the noise. It also looked far better in the photos than in reality and seemed poorly maintained.

The Wi‑Fi was spotty at best, the breakfast was mediocre, and the door handle on room 304 kept malfunctioning.
