The B&B is truly magnificent with a view of Rotorua Lake and private beach access, a spacious and very clean room with a private bathroom, and breakfast prepared on the spot by the owner with several options; the owners are very friendly and nice, and it’s only 5 minutes from Rotorua’s center. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, giving us great local tips and engaging in pleasant conversation. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the room was clean and spacious. The Wi‑Fi could use improvement.

Hands‑down, this was my favorite spot during two weeks of exploring the North Island. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed, with the lovely hosts offering a wealth of information and useful tips—like the night market that very evening. A short drive from the city center, the place offers a beautiful lake view. My room was roomy, spotless, and cozy, nothing more could be asked for. Breakfast was amazing; I sampled two of the three options, both superb! The only downside was parking; my large rental car made it a bit of a challenge, and I'm not the best driver 😅.

Very nice place to stay if visiting Rotorua. The property sits right along the shores of the lake and is very peaceful but only 5 minutes from the center of town. Great hosts and the freshly cooked breakfast (with 3 choices - Asian, English or continental) is exceptional and very hearty. Nothing
