“Great facilities and staff in a location close to the airport”
The staff were brilliant, the outdoor pool was large and the gym had great facilities, and the contemporary art collection was interesting. My room was comfortable and quiet, perched on a hill with a lovely view overlooking Istanbul, surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. I’m not a golfer, yet I assumed this was the main attraction because I saw many players, but it was still a great choice for a relaxing stay in Istanbul after a long flight. The only downside was that there were no shops or restaurants very close, though this was balanced by the hotel’s proximity to the airport and the advantage of the trees and large facilities.

The golf was friendly, the pool was great, and there were several restaurants. The curtains in the room let morning light slip through.
The views were beautiful and the atmosphere calm, the golf academy was excellent, and I’ll gladly return for a longer stay.
The place and surroundings were good, but I couldn’t use the golf‑only facilities and walks. The SPA services were outrageously expensive. A major issue was that the staff didn’t speak English well, which is unacceptable for a hotel that hosts foreigners.

The premises were very quiet, perfect for a full mind break. The staff were very attentive and polite. I found the breakfast lacking; it used to be a buffet. The breakfast area was not close enough, and the plate presentation should be changed or another solution offered. On my next visit I’ll try the serafina. It’s a hotel I often choose. The pool is very nice, the staff there are very helpful, and the food is great. Overall, the facility is successful, thanks a lot.
