“Precio elevado para un día y medio.”
The place is close to Vallés and has a large outdoor area, yet the indoor lounge couldn’t accommodate 18 people—the table fits at most ten and the sofas and armchairs are similarly limited; we were lucky to have good weather so we didn’t need to share that space all at once. The rest of the accommodation is roomy, although there are only three bathrooms, which we already knew. Cleanliness was not entirely satisfactory because both the exterior and the lounge still had bits of previous guests’ candy wrappers and popcorn. The steep stairs between floors are a concern for anyone with mobility issues or small children. An overwhelming number of flies made outdoor meals almost impossible, so a repellent like candles or coils would be advisable; the property does have aerosol insecticide, but we preferred not to use it. As long‑time rural‑house users, we understand check‑in and check‑out times, but there was no flexibility for us—check‑in was at 18:00 on Friday and we had to leave before 12:00 on Sunday, which meant we only had a day and a half, couldn’t use Sunday’s meal, and spent the whole time cleaning up with nine kids instead of enjoying the morning. That, combined with the lack of a pool and the local house prices, made the cost feel high.
