Location and cleanliness. Staffs are not welcoming and not accommodated, need a training for guest service

“Cozy place”
The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were cozy and clean. Balcony is a nice place to sit, as well as the garden which is pleasant in the afternoon and evenings. There are no stores close by except for a very fancy coffee shop, so it was helpful that there are drinks, snacks, intant coffee available for sale at the reception. As other reviews have noted, installing a hot and cold shower would be nice. Parking inside the fenced area is available, but limited to only around 3-4 vehicles on a first-come first- served basis. Otherwise, if you arrive late, parking is on the large curb but outside the fencing
