The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The activities were fantastic – I loved the walking tours and the dance class. There was a lot of fun and Joss proved to be an excellent guide.

The location is excellent. If you arrive in Puebla from the CAPU, just cross the street and you're at the hotel. It's steps from the center. The facilities are adequate. The kitchen is small but functional. The kitchen had no gas. Other guests spend all day in the kitchen and take shots because of their seniority, which is uncomfortable.

The cleanliness is good, food decent, central location, communal water and kitchen available at good hours. The beds are very, very hard.
