I was received very well. Friendly and hospitable owner. I was shown my room and the facilities. What was not clear in the listing is that you will be staying with the owner of this property. I was under the impression that you are renting the apartment as a whole, but that is not the case. While fine for some, this was not what I was looking for
Habe für drei Nächte gebucht, musste nach zwei Nächten ausziehen. Aus fadenscheinigen Gründen. Angeblich hätte der Installateur etwas zu richten. Habe bis dato das Geld für die eine Nacht trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht erhalten. Nie mehr wieder. Absolut schlechter Gastgeber

ロケーションは非常に良かったです。HeiligenstadtはU4の終点で、ウィーンの中心部に簡単に行けます。 使わせてもらった部屋は非常に清潔でした。ベッドも広く快適でした。. ホテルというよりAirbnbによる民泊、というイメージが近いです。 大家さん所有のアパートの一室を使わせてもらうという感じです。普通のホテル感覚で泊まろうとすると問題が発生してしまうかもしれません。オーナーとよく話し合ってください。
