The room matches the photo exactly, and the customer service is great—especially the lady on the phone. The cleaning could be better, and there’s a lot of outside noise at night.

The hotel sits right next to the train station and the historic center of Naples, which is a big plus. The building and elevator feel a bit old‑fashioned, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; the rooms themselves are modern and functional.

The location is close to Naples Central Station, which is convenient. However, the area feels sketchy and unsafe after dark.

The proximity to the station is a definite advantage. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was terrible.

The location and the owners’ communication were excellent. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it wasn’t bad.
