The room is spacious and the service is excellent; the bathroom is fine, I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, and the location is very good. However, the bathroom had a low glass window that left the shower completely exposed to a building across the street, there were few outlets in the room, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, and the TV picture was very poor.

The accommodation is very good, close to everything and easy to access, but they didn't put us on a double bed, though that wasn't a problem.

The hotel treated us superbly; Jeferson handled everything masterfully, recognized my needs and offered solutions before I even asked, and I was very well attended to. The breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent, with nothing I disliked.

The location is fine, but the structure is old and needs maintenance—elevator, fridge, and room are all outdated.
