The staff work wonderfully and help with everything. Breakfasts are tasty. The pool is clean. The gym is cozy. Lobby music isn’t intrusive. Everything was very enjoyable. The only issue was that there was sand in the bathroom upon check‑in, but they washed it out later – that was the sole complaint of the trip.

The location is great and the night view from the window is nice. The facilities are well maintained and the mattress is very comfortable. The restaurant’s main dishes and snacks are good. Staff respond quickly to guests’ needs and are enthusiastic and friendly. The elevator feels a bit old and is noisy.

I love the location. JLT is full of great restaurants and feels alive (unlike the Marina where most hotels are). The breakfast is sensational. Staff, room, cleanliness, maintenance etc were all 5*. I'm very happy and would come again anytime.
