The hotel is reasonably close to Monzen Station and the location is good, plus the breakfast was impressive. I might have chosen a non‑smoking room, but the lingering smell in the smoking room was noticeable.

When a child splashed water in the bathroom, the staff came to wipe it up—thank you so much—and they also brought towels, which was a real help. I will definitely stay again. It would be great if there were more parking spaces.

The staff, including the front desk and breakfast attendants, were very friendly. However, the parking lot has too few spots; I wish they could add more contract parking spaces.
