“Improve in all aspects”
There was no restaurant, service, or hot water – just a basic facility even in the rainy season, and no hot water.

The rooms are well maintained and the staff provide excellent customer care. Manager Mr Vijay is very professional.

I was initially told that my payment had been processed and I was checked out, but then I received a disturbing phone call demanding that I pay for my stay. The experience left me feeling uneasy and unsure about the hotel's reliability.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the warm welcome from the staff, but unfortunately, they didn't offer any breakfast options, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but the rooms could have benefited from a deeper cleaning to make them feel more comfortable and hygienic.
