I loved how close it was to the bus terminal, and the staff were really pleasant. The coffee was great, too. But the room felt a bit claustrophobic and was really small, so it was a bit cramped.

The place is clean and easy to get to by public transport, cable, or taxi. It's basically a place to sleep and then head out to explore the city. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey for a hostel.
