The location was pretty, quiet, and close to the HBF. The room was spacious and clean.

Our room was overbooked. The receptionist called the manager and told us to wait 5 minutes. The manager then called me to say he had booked a different hotel for us, closer in town, and offered breakfast at his hotel. The other hotel—poorly maintained, with a smelly room—had the same price but a much worse rating.

We got our room ready earlier than expected, but the staff seemed unaware that we’d asked for twin beds.

The bed was good, but the bathroom was very small and the bathroom entrance was poorly lit.
