The location was convenient, but the receptionist was unhelpful and lazy, cars were parked haphazardly, there was no Wi‑Fi in the room, the bedsheets looked used, the washroom was extremely dirty, basic hygiene was lacking, and it was very noisy with guests screaming and doors slamming past midnight.

Some staff are helpful. 1. Air-conditioning never worked and they asked for more money if A/C was required 2. Not all staff are polite
