The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was lovely. The disco noise at 1.30 was a bit loud.

The hotel lobby is lovely and the beds are fine, but Bundoran itself is quiet and run‑down, which is a pity. I probably won’t return.

The room was spacious with a wonderful sea view and a jacuzzi in the bathroom that was also spacious and clean. However, you had to climb into the bath to shower, and although there was a small hand rail, there was no slipmat. Two double beds were in the room; the base of the one furthest from the window had severe staining, as if previous guests had vomited over it or something was spilled, but we weren’t overly concerned; a deep clean or replacement would be welcome.
