The best part was Mohammed’s treatment—very attentive all the time. The air conditioning barely cooled.

The location is good and the riad is spacious, with large rooms, beautifully decorated, and comfortable bedding. The welcome from a lady who just had us fill out paperwork and escorted us to our room was lacking—no tea, no explanations about breakfast, no riad tour (this isn’t our first visit to Morocco but the first mediocre welcome). The terrace is nice but the floor and pool weren’t clean and there were no parasols for the loungers, which is a shame. It was over 35 °C when we were there. No hot water during the stay, not even lukewarm. Breakfast was not very interesting.

Really a very clean, nice place, and most importantly the staff were very kind and even went above and beyond. Everything was great.
