“Levede ikke op til mine forventning”
The receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was fine, but the spa and sauna only opened from 18:00 to 21:00; the kitchen was shut for all four nights we stayed, forcing us to go to a nearby town for dinner, which made it hard to fit in the spa/sauna hours. We had booked three different places for a total of 12 nights, and two of those had closed kitchens that weren’t listed on the booking site, which is quite annoying because you can’t change the booking once you’ve checked in.

The location is good and the staff is friendly, but the decor is long past its prime, looks worn and neglected, the bathroom only has an old bathtub from the 70s/80s, the outdoor area lacks maintenance, doors are worn, door seals are falling out, no investment in the last 20–30 years, the hotel feels abandoned, and the mattresses are completely sagging.
The surroundings and the old character of the hotel are nice, but the restaurant was closed and we received a note directing us to a nearby restaurant where we were ultimately not welcomed.
