The staff were very pleasant, the location was good, and the breakfast was excellent. We were given a very small room; to lie down by the window side you had to pass by the bed, almost like walking between rows in a theatre—there was so little space, it clearly seemed designed for one person. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, but sorry if I’m being harsh, it felt like a quest.

The location and the atmospheric building were great, and Theodor’s effort to resolve issues was wonderful. The rooms were small, the mattresses were mediocre, and the bedding didn’t fit well.

The architecture was nice. The rooms were very small, fittings were falling apart, the bathroom lacked a dedicated shower which is ridiculous and dangerous for slipping, and the staff could have shown more personality.

The staff were courteous and smiling. Breakfast was excellent with carefully selected quality products. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel and would gladly return. The room, however, was too small.
