The location is good and has great potential, yet the maintenance level seems low; breakfast was basic but reasonable, but the room smelled awful with a strong sewage odor that made us nauseated and we left after one night; there was a lot of dust, but the smell was what really broke us—it was simply unbearable.

The location is great, the large rooms by the pool are comfortable with powerful AC and comfy beds, but the hotel feels a bit old; I didn’t mind, though some travelers might find it outdated.

The property itself and its location were great, but the staff didn’t meet expectations; reception’s English was limited, making communication hard, and the service felt unfriendly and not genuinely welcoming. From the first night we had no hot water in our room, and a technician was sent but told the repair would take time. We were given access to another room just to shower, promised the issue would be fixed by the next morning, yet the following day still no hot water, so we were offered a different room, forcing us to pack and move after an already uncomfortable night, which was a big inconvenience. Technical problems happen, but the handling was disappointing and the issue wasn’t resolved as promised; for a hotel of this standard we expected a quicker, more effective fix.
