I had a disastrous arrival experience at this hotel. Despite checking in at 1 pm, the hotel was still closed, and the staff didn't respond to our knocks on the door. The taxi driver even mentioned that the hotel had been inactive lately, which made me worried. As a result, I had to book another hotel at a higher price and also pay extra for the taxi, which was a huge inconvenience.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly, and I was delighted to find that they offered a complimentary cup of real coffee, a rare treat in this town. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel included a premium TV and movie service, which was a lovely bonus. However, the hotel itself was quite old, and the view from my room was somewhat disappointing due to the presence of cables and wires.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was spot on and the staff, particularly a friendly young guy, were really helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there's no elevator, which could be a challenge for some guests. Overall, it was an okay stay.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, but somehow the feedback got jumbled. The truth is, everything was excellent, and I was blown away by the abundance of amenities and services. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
