My wife and I stayed there for a week. Most of the staff were friendly, earning them about 3 stars. The first room had no TV, the AC didn’t work, there was mold in the shower, and the shower leaked so badly it flooded the room. In the second room the shower head was clogged and barely let water out. The TV and phone didn’t work at all. There was nothing good about the restaurant experience; the food and service were horrible. Breakfast was nasty. Dinner took 20–30 minutes to arrive, and it was barely warm, so my wife had to wait for me because we like to eat together. Another 20 minutes passed before I received my chicken wings, by which time my wife was too cold to eat. I sent her food back and cancelled my order. The elevators were out, so walking up four flights of stairs was unpleasant. At check‑out the security guard couldn’t find the desk clerk or bellman to help with our six bags of luggage (probably sleeping somewhere), so I had to carry them down myself. We paid for early check‑in and the whole week up front, and upon checkout they tried to charge us more money. Keep your receipts for everything at this hotel. Based on the experience I would rate the hotel itself a zero. It is far from a 3‑star hotel they claim to be. I have seen better rooms at Motel 6’s in the ghetto of America than this hotel. They need to fix a lot of things before they deserve any star rating. I would beware of staying at this hotel because you will be disappointed and it’s a waste of money for what they charge. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it. This is far from a 3‑star hotel.

The location is great because it’s near almost everything, but the price is too high for the stay. The room was not well maintained; I know the hotel is a few years old and I stayed here when it was fairly new. The room’s cleanliness is not great, especially the bathroom, and there’s a musty smell too. I booked the Queen Deluxe room expecting it to be better than the twin room I booked previously, but it was a let‑down. The bed was too hard and the linens are just old. Maybe an update is needed unless they want it to have the same vibe as the older hotels in Lipa.
