“A Lovely Room, but Some Service Issues”
I was impressed with the beautiful room, comfortable beds, and stunning sea view. The reception staff were also extremely helpful. However, the hotel's promised luggage and taxi service to the ferry didn't work out as planned, which was a bit of a letdown.

I was pleased with the very spacious and bright room, which also had a large balcony. However, the breakfast options were limited and repetitive, and the room was lacking in amenities like a water kettle or coffee maker.

I stayed in a standard room, which was decent but nothing particularly impressive. The modern superior rooms, however, were a different story - they offered stunning views and a much more impressive experience. Unfortunately, navigating the hotel involved a lot of stair climbing, which was a bit of a challenge.

The room had an amazing view, and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. However, the air conditioning units outside my room, particularly in room 404 VIP, were a bit of a nuisance.
