Conveniently located just off the highway, the breakfast was solid and the staff were genuinely friendly. I only requested a ground or first‑floor unit, so I couldn’t use a bathtub and had to ask for a walk‑in shower instead – that was my mistake.

The breakfast blew my expectations out of the water; they shut down at 10:00 am sharp, so you better be there early. I made my own waffles with a range of syrups, and the yogurt was delicious when paired with mini chocolate morsels, shredded coconut, or granola. The juice bar, coffee, bread, dry cereal, Jimmy Dean sausage‑egg‑cheese sandwich (the bread was tasty), steamed tiny sausages, and hardboiled eggs were all there – WOWEE! The only downside was the lack of a direct USB port for phone or laptop charging; you have to bring your own outlet charger.

Everything was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing because I book hotels specifically for their hot tubs. I’ve had several experiences where the hot tubs didn’t work, so I feel I should have received a discount for booking a hotel with a non‑functional hot tub.
