Nice area, easy to find, staff were friendly. At check in, I was told the card payment would incure a 7% charge. Im sure this is illegal. I've been to Vietnam 5 times now, and either had a 3% charge or no card charge. Other hotels this time were also 3%. I feel like it was this guys way of building in a tip and scamming foreigners. I took cash out of an ATM and paid 5%ish in international fees instead. The room was also much smaller than I expected

Bon accueil. Bon emplacement. Pas de sollicitations permanentes pour des activités. Propre. Chambre sur rue bruyante, normal à Hanoï, mais double vitrage efficace et Clim parfaite. Petit dej très bien. Rien ne m’a déplu
