Located on Warnemünde’s sandy Baltic coast, the Eicher Ferienwohnungen offer centrally positioned apartments with fully‑equipped kitchens, sofa seating, free Wi‑Fi, cable TV, dining areas, coffee facilities, bright contemporary décor, and wooden floors. Guests enjoy on‑site café breakfasts, nearby restaurants, bars, a short walk to the spa park and lighthouse, and a 12‑km drive to Rostock for day trips.

A roomy, modern, light-filled apartment in a prime spot. The winter garden is perfect for a cozy breakfast, and the breakfast at Guido’s Coffeebar is also very good with delicious coffee. We used both options. The staff at the Coffeebar are super friendly and helpful. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. The parking (reserve in advance) is just around the corner and costs 10 € per day. The blackout curtains are great and it’s advisable to use them even on very sunny days because the sun shines on the apartment all day. For hot days there’s a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a high‑quality air cooler in the living room. Leaving the windows open at night is not recommended because the church tower clock chimes every 15 minutes and passing cars are quite loud; with closed windows it’s really quiet. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and the fridge has a small freezer compartment. I wish there were a tablet in the kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor and only reachable by stairs. The pillows are really uncomfortable; since this was already mentioned in previous reviews, we brought our own and had no problem.

A unique spot right on Kirchenplatz. The apartment itself is large and modern. The sea is within walking distance, just a few minutes away. The staff were very nice, greeted us warmly, and showed us the way to the rented parking spot (only 150 m from the accommodation). We’ll definitely come back.
