De locatie. Ik zou 2 dagen verblijven vanwege ziekte van mijn moeder, zodat ik dichtbij zou zien indien verslechtering. (Dat heb ik vermeld bij de receptie) Ze overleed tijdens mijn verblijf waardoor ik 1 nacht eerder weg moest. Ik werd niet gecondoleerd of op een andere manier begripvol te woord gestaan. Ik vond het receptie personeel zeer onkundig en niet behulpzaam. Ik miste een beetje medeleven van hun kant,maar helaas,dat maakte het nog verdrietiger allemaal

Excellent location, right across from the north side of the palace, ideal for many nice shops and eateries. The rooms are stylishly decorated, the facilities are in great condition, the shower in the room is very pleasant, and the staff are friendly.

The breakfast buffet was excellently equipped and, besides the usual offerings, included a selection of eggs cooked fresh to order; I would especially highlight the very friendly and attentive breakfast staff.
