The room had a horrible odor, and when I went downstairs to the check‑in desk the clerk simply handed me a can of spray. We had an emergency that forced us to leave a day early, but I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. This was my first experience with the hotel and it will be my last.

Honestly, there was barely anything good except the location. It sits on Wolf Road, which is great for anyone heading north Albany or looking for good restaurants, but many other hotels offer better service. The service was poor, the cutlery was plastic, the breakfast quality was low, and the pillows and bedding felt cheap and overall the place was shoddy.
