“Comodidad y buena ubicación!”
La ubicación, el personal, la comodidad, las personas del restaurante muy amables, recomendado!! Casi no había agua caliente en la habitación, aunque en las otras sí había.

Breakfast was always good, the staff were friendly, and the shower had hot water.

The staff were very attentive and made me feel comfortable right from the start, but the price feels too high for what the hotel offers; the furniture looks old and moth‑bitten, and it looks neglected compared to the photos online. With that rate you could find a cozier place with better maintained furnishings.

El trato del personal sin duda, es lo que realmente se paga. Desde la señorita que atiende en la recepción, hasta la señora que nos dio el desayuno. Todos muy amables. El hotel limpio, las sábanas huelen rico. El hotel es como una casa de los 90' llena de detalles bonitos y tienen una cantidad de flores naturales y hermosas en cada espacio. Desayuno rico y completo. Llegamos muy tarde y aun así, fuimos muy bien atendidos. Gracias. Mejorar el rótulo de la entrada; uso lentes y me costó un poco distinguirlo.
Friendly staff and helpful, the room was comfortable for me as a solo traveler, and the breakfast was good; it’s convenient to two malls within walking distance. The downside was that there was no chair in the room with the desk to sit down and eat a meal, which I don’t prefer; I don’t know if other rooms had a chair, but mine didn’t. There was a table with chairs just outside the room, but I like to watch TV while I eat in the room.
