The staff were personal, the situation was perfect, and the cleanliness was flawless. Nothing was lacking; everything was okay.
The hotel has great charm, is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The shower area is very narrow.
The art‑decorated hotel is beautiful, and the location in Porto is excellent and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it offered.

The hotel is pretty and well‑located, built on an old building that’s been nicely restored while keeping the early 20th‑century vibe, especially the Art Deco touches that I love. However, it’s the first four‑star place where the room never gets cleaned unless you ask daily; we had to request it again at 5 pm because it hadn’t been done in the morning. We also had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper, so it feels like they’re trying to cut costs. On the bright side, the staff are very attentive and helpful, and they try to fix things quickly. The room was a bit small for three people.
