The saunas are great, but the pillows are too high and too firm.

The food is varied and very tasty, but guests have limited access to the pools and cannot freely move between the rooftop pool, saunas, and tropical pools.

The rooftop pool and tropical pools are available, yet hotel guests must pay for the tropical pools and a high parking fee, and loud music from hotel events is clearly audible in rooms during the evenings and nights.
