The spot was excellent, just 100 M from the Quay and another 100 M to reach the Brownsea island ferry; we parked at the Quayside multi‑storey, only 5 min away. We went to the Lighthouse theatre one evening, located at the opposite end of the High Street and about a 15‑minute walk. The room was quiet, clean, and had a comfy bed. Breakfast options were within a very short walk, and there were plenty of evening choices nearby. The keypad/keybox worked fine but felt a bit impersonal—maybe a generational thing. Stairwell lighting was only just adequate, and a small refrigerator in the room would have been welcome, especially in hot weather.

The location was perfect, rooms were very clean, booking was easy, and I would highly recommend it.

The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was cozy, the shower was great, the position was excellent, and the staff were most helpful—even though we only spoke by phone. Lighting was poor, making it hard to see where things were.
