The staff were good, but the bed creaked a lot and the breakfast was basic.

The staff are outstanding, especially the owner, Eng. Matias, whose friendliness, attentiveness, and care shine through; the price‑quality ratio is excellent and the location is superb, with the Serra da Estrela as a backdrop for a restful stay.
